Hygrophila Polysperma "Rosanervig" is a very appealing aquarium stem plant. This plant has characteristic leaf pattern and white veins with red outlines. In stronger light, the leaf blades turn pink. It is very easy plant and can grow almost any conditions. It does not require lots of light and CO2 however, to get the most desirable colour and growth, you must provide high lighting and rich nutrient levels. It may suddenly develop shoots that are entirely green. Final coloration is ultimately dependent upon the conditions this plant is kept in.
